Netviewer Terms of Use of Netviewer Software for non-commercial use 1. Scope of Application These terms and conditions of use of Netviewer AG, legally represented by the Board Members Dr. Andreas Schweinbenz and Robert Gratzl, Erzbergerstraße 117, 76133 Karlsruhe, apply only to users for private, non-commercial use of the Netviewer Software. 2. User group/use Netviewer Software for non-commercial use is exclusively available to consumers for private use. You can download Netviewer Software for non-commercial use for private use, without charge. Registration is unnecessary. 3. Scope of services of Netviewer / Licence These terms and conditions of use grant you and your communication partners the right to use the Netviewer Software for non-commercial use without charge. The cost-free use is expressly permitted only to consumer, i.e. private persons, and exclusively for private purposes. Please note that the Netviewer Software for non-commercial use is used via the Internet and the telephone network, which can cause additional costs for you. You are not entitled to transfer the rights granted to you under these terms and conditions of use to any third parties and/or to grant sub-licences. Netviewer Software for non-commercial use and all rights to it remain in the ownership of Netviewer AG. Netviewer AG reserves the right to block your access for cost-free use of Netviewer Software for non-commercial use at any time, in particular if there is suspicion of commercial use of Netviewer Software for non-commercial use, or to discontinue this service at any time without prior notice. Netviewer does not give any warranty within the scope of the operation of Netviewer Software for non-commercial use. Netviewer AG does in particular not warrant that Netviewer Software for non-commercial use is at any time accessible, available and faultless.
